Reporting an error: what happens next
Every report about medical content is checked by the editorial team against the sources cited in the guide and official references. If the error is confirmed, we correct the guide and update its revision date, shown at the top of the page. Our full process is described in our editorial methodology.
To speed up the check, include the page address, the sentence or value concerned and, if possible, the source you are relying on.
